Take a leap with us back into the 1990's or even the early 2000's. When magazines put out calls in the back of their publications to submit work. Where the artist didn't have IG to tell them about a magazine to submit work to. They had to buy the mag, invest in it, shoot for it, and follow the rules to be published.
The Printed Image is a Fine Art Photo Display magazine. It's based online, it's advertised online!
